The Grandstage X, Korg’s newest flagship stage piano is completely redesigned with seven inspiring sound engines, 700 preloaded sounds, a user-friendly interface, and a sleek aesthetic design. With its elegant, light ivory two-toned body and perforated side panels, the Grandstage X not only delivers the highest sonic quality but also stands as a visual centerpiece whether on stage or in the studio. 

The Grandstage X is powered by seven independent sound engines, each capable of standing as a unique product on its own, offering an unmatched sonic experience for stage pianos. At its core, the SGX-2 and EP-1 engines deliver premium acoustic and electric piano sounds, ranging from world-renowned grand pianos to classic vintage electric pianos. Organ enthusiasts can explore the CX-3, VOX, and FC-1 engines, each faithfully recreating iconic organ sounds from Korg's past. For those seeking versatile sound design, the AL-1 analog modeling and HD-1 PCM engines offer everything from punchy leads to complex instrument layers, making the Grandstage X a flagship model with endless sonic possibilities.

Crafted with precision in Japan, the Grandstage X features a Real Weighted Hammer Action. The RH-3 is meticulously designed to reproduce the weight distribution of a grand piano with a heavier feel in the lower register and a lighter touch in the upper register, allowing for the nuanced expression. This sophisticated and detailed keyboard ensures a realistic and immersive playing experience of the 700 sounds on Grandstage X.

The Analog Tone function provides an analog sound effect that can only be achieved with a tube driven sound. The ON/OFF button can be used to adjust the effect, and the knob can be used to adjust the amount of effect, so you can find the sound you like best.

Key-Touch Slider: Instantly adjust volume and timbre for real-time expressive control, customizing the feel of the keys to match your playing style.

3-Part Control Section: Easily manage splits and layers with dedicated buttons and sliders, allowing seamless volume balance adjustments and simultaneous splits and layers for complex performances.

Unison Function: Add a unison effect for a rich, chorus-like sound, especially with synths and FM pianos, using a slider to control the number of notes for an expansive sound.

Rhythm and Chord Progression: Utilize a rhythm section with drums and bass that can follow your chord progressions or preset patterns, enhancing solo or ensemble performances.

Effects and EQ: Quickly adjust reverb, delay, and a 3-band EQ to refine your sound and tailor it to the acoustic environment, including a new shimmer reverb for added depth.
