Late 80's Fender MIJ Contemporary Strat Black w/bag

Very good condition. Plays great and functions as it should. Freshly setup and restrung. Includes bag. See pics. We believe this is an ST-562 model. This guitar features the Fender System I tremolo unit with locking nut and the neck has a very slim "D" shape profile that is great for faster styles of playing. Its was made in the Japan Fujigen factory 1984-1987.
The Fender ST-562 Contemporary Series Stratocaster is a Made in Japan (MIJ) model built at the FujiGen Gakki factory from 1984–1987, among the first Fender-branded guitars exported to the US. It was designed for the 80s "Superstrat" crowd and features:
Alder body, maple neck, rosewood fretboard (22 medium-jumbo frets, 12" radius)
25.5" scale, 1 5/8" nut, medium "C" profile
3× Fender Japan single-coils, 5-way blade switch, 1 volume + 2 tone
Schaller System I locking tremolo with locking nut
Fender Japan (Gotoh) tuners
