Very good condition. Functions as it should. Plays so good that it feels like it was Plekked! There are some light scratches on top and rash on back. Also next to the MIDI jack. Does have some light fretwear with plenty of notes left. See pics. Includes GR-55 foot controller, power supply and gig bag.

The GC-1 GK-Ready Stratocaster is a 100% authentic Fender Stratocaster featuring a built-in Roland GK-3 divided pickup and a 13-pin output.  This hardware allows the guitar to drive Roland’s V-Guitar systems directly without external mounting. 

• Guitar Specs: The black model typically features a solid alder body, a maple neck with a maple fingerboard, 22 medium jumbo frets, and three standard single-coil pickups with 5-way switching.  It includes onboard controls for blending synth and guitar signals.

• GR-55 Synthesizer: The Roland GR-55 is the dedicated floor processor for this system.  It utilizes COSM modeling and PCM synthesis to track individual strings, allowing for alternate tunings, instrument modeling (e.g., strings, organs), and complex effects layering.

• Connectivity: The system uses a proprietary 13-pin cable to transmit hexaphonic data from the guitar to the GR-55, while retaining a standard 1/4" output for traditional amp use. 

The combination allows guitarists to access sounds impossible with standard equipment while maintaining the feel of a traditional Stratocaster. 

• Dual Signal Path: Players can blend the natural magnetic pickup sound with synthesized tones or use them independently via the onboard GK/Guitar/Mix switch. 

• Advanced Tracking: The GR-55 offers ultra-fast tracking for low-latency synthesis, capable of distinguishing individual string articulation. 

• Customization: The system supports extensive patch editing, allowing users to layer PCM samples (like orchestral hits) with modeled guitar amps and effects.
