The Nord Piano 2 HA-88 is a professional 88-key stage piano manufactured by Clavia, known for its premium hammer-action weighted keys, high-quality piano and sample-based sounds, and intuitive, performance-focused interface. Designed for live use, it features a striking red casing and dedicated physical controls for all essential functions, eliminating the need for menu diving during performances. 

Key Features

The instrument combines sounds from two extensive libraries: the Nord Piano Library, offering Grand, Upright, Electric Pianos, Clavinet, and Harpsichord models, and the Nord Sample Library, which includes over 1,000 sample-based instruments such as strings, brass, synths, basses, and vintage sounds from Mellotron and Chamberlin. Sounds are fully replaceable via the Nord Sound Manager software, allowing users to customize and expand the onboard library.

It supports layering and splitting of sounds, providing significant sonic flexibility. The keyboard features Advanced String Resonance (Generation 2) and selectable Long Release and Pedal Noise for enhanced acoustic realism. 

The Nord Piano 2 HA-88 includes a comprehensive effects section with:

• Effect 1: Pan, Tremolo, or Stereo Auto-wah

• Effect 2: Stereo Phaser, Flanger, or Chorus

• Delay: With tap tempo and dry/wet control
