The 1970's Ibanez Lawsuit Les Paul Black (often called the "Black Beauty") is a highly sought-after vintage Japanese guitar, primarily identified as the Ibanez 2350 model, which served as a direct replica of the Gibson Les Paul Custom. These instruments feature a black finish with cream binding, gold-plated hardware, and an "Open Book" headstock with a diamond logo, though they utilized a bolt-on neck and chambered body construction rather than the solid mahogany of the Gibson original.
