Vintage 1976 Fender Vibrolux Amplifier
Excellent condition for its age. Includes footswitch. Amp stand (shown) not included. Speakers have been replaced with Jensen. Power cable has been replaced from the two-prong to a grounded three-prog cable for safety. Other than that, all original.
- Power: 35 watts of tube power, ideal for gigging without being overwhelmingly loud like a Twin Reverb.
- Speakers: Typically loaded with a pair of original 10-inch CTS alnico speakers, providing rich tone.
- Circuit: A non-master volume Silverface design (often the AB568 circuit), known for great overdrive and chime.
- Channels: Features two channels (Normal and Vibrato/Reverb) with reverb and vibrato in both.
- Sound: Powerful, sparkly clean tones and smooth, musical breakup when pushed, with great sustain.
- Era: Part of Fender's Silverface era (1967-1982), with 1976 models often having dated components like CTS pots from late '75/early '76.
