Shipping Policy

 

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Mom's Music. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. 

 

Shipment processing / Shipping times 

 

We try to have all orders processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. There may be additional wait times for shipping from various vendors. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you. 

 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.  

 

We reserve the right to pick the carrier we feel will be the best fit for shipping.  

 

Shipping Pricing and Shipping Times may vary.
 

 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses 

 

Mom's Music ships to addresses within the 48 Contiguous United States only and to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

 

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. 
  • We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
  • We do not ship internationally.  

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). 

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

 

Mom's Music is not responsible for any customs, duties and/or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

 

 

For purchases made in our retail store only:

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order of an in-store retail purchase, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 10 days of purchase. You can return your product to the retail store for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in the original packaging 
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
  • No refunds/exchanges on used items.
  • No refunds/exchanges on microphones or harmonicas.
