The National Guitar Pioneer RP1 Black Rust is a unique, hybrid instrument that combines the traditional craftsmanship of a steel-bodied guitar with modern design and electronics. Here are some key features and specifications:

• Body: Thin metal hollow body with a cutaway, comfort-carved body, and a resonator with round holes in the cover plate
• Pickups: Lollar P-90 at the neck and Highlander Piezo with active electronics at the bridge
• Scale Length: 25 inches
• Fingerboard: Hard Rock Maple with Ebony and MOP dots
• Neck: Hard Rock Maple with a slim profile and narrow string spacing
• Tuners: Gotoh 510
• Finish: Hand-painted Black Rust
