The Ernie Ball Music Man Sabre HT HH Honey Bear is a high-end electric guitar released in 2024, featuring a distinctive honey-colored finish and advanced pickup technology. It is built on the classic Sabre design, incorporating a contoured okoume body with a thick, book-matched plain or roasted maple top for enhanced resonance and tonal balance. The guitar features a roasted figured maple neck and a choice of fretboard materials, including rosewood or roasted flame maple, depending on the specific finish.

The Sabre HT's standout feature is its custom Music Man HT pickup system, developed from over a decade of electric guitar string research, which informed the design of the Cobalt and M-Steel Slinky strings. The bridge pickup is a Heat Treated (HT) humbucker, utilizing heat-treated pole pieces, a large ceramic magnet, and an overwound coil to deliver ultrahigh output, a powerful low-end response, enhanced high-frequency harmonics, and exceptional touch sensitivity. The neck pickup is a custom-wound humbucker designed to complement the bridge pickup's characteristics.

Additional features include a push-push adjustable 20dB boost function on the volume knob for instant gain increase, a transparent buffered output for consistent tone across all volume settings, Schaller M6-IND locking tuners for tuning stability, and a Music Man Modern tremolo bridge with a crescent cover and vintage bent steel saddles for smooth tremolo action and precise intonation.
