For starters, this bass effects pedal includes three flexible compression ratios, Attack and Release controls, and a Mix knob. You also get a sidechain send/return, sidechain highpass filter, and a Tone + Colour switch that infuses your tone with ear-grabbing harmonic distortion. Separate gain reduction and input meters are also onboard, complete with bright, multi-color LEDs. This compressor pedal boasts an all-analog signal path and true-bypass switching for transparent processing and zero coloration when you turn it off. Three compression ratios — 2:1, 4:1, and 10:1 — offer tons of flexibility. Attack and Release controls enable you to take full control of your compression characteristics. Mix makes dialing in parallel compression a piece of cake. The pedal's Tone + Colour switch adds mild harmonic distortion with a selectable midrange cut or upper-midrange boost. You also get a sidechain send/return and a variable sidechain highpass filter for fine-tuning the compressor's response.
