The2024 Gibson Les Paul Standard '50s Plain Top in Pelham Blueis a modern tribute to the iconic 1950s Les Pauls, combining vintage design elements with a bold, custom finish. The guitar is built around a mahogany neck with a rounded'50s Vintage profile, offering a full, chunky feel preferred by many traditionalists. It includes a rosewood fretboard with trapezoid inlays, 22 medium jumbo frets, and a 12" radius for smooth playability. Electronics consist of calibratedBurstbucker 1 (neck)andBurstbucker 2 (bridge)humbucking pickups with Alnico II magnets, wired to audio taper potentiometers and Orange Drop capacitors for authentic PAF-style tone—open, dynamic, and rich in harmonic detail.
