Very good condition only due to cosmetics. There are a few paint chips, scratches, rash and blemishes. But not bad at all when you consider the age. Plays fast and functions as is should. Made in Japan.

The RG1550M is an RG series Prestige solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez for 2009. It was made in Japan by FujiGen as part of the upscale Prestige line.

The RG1550M is the successor of the 2003–2004 RG1550 model and is the first model offered after a five year gap that is a direct descendant of the iconic RG550. It was introduced at the 2009 Winter NAMM show.

The RG1550M features a basswood body bolted to a maple and walnut neck with a 24-fret maple fingerboard with small black dot position markers. Components include Ibanez pickups mounted in a black pickguard with V7 & V8 humbuckers flanking an S1 single-coil, an Edge Pro double locking tremolo bridge and Gotoh tuning machines.
